It was not exactly dark, but there was nothing inside these shadows. His steps were hollow and his breath was cold. Long past a later hour in a labyrinth of sinister thoughts. This is the time when his hands began to look more like the bones underneath it all and to touch became a need more sharp and aching than it was ever before in the darkest of all places.
