I've just logged into this account for the first time in... years.
And I thought it would maybe be appropriate to leave a message here, since I left kind of suddenly and never came back.
Nothing big happened. It's just life. I've been cosplaying for almost 20 years now and my free years are long since over. It was an easy and fun thing to do during my years at university, also during working on my PhD. But not anymore. I'm a management consultant for some years now and I just don't have the time to continue what I did for many years. Or rather: I do have the time, but after work I'm just too exhausted. I'm usually not posting personal stuff on dA anymore (see my Twitter for daily life babble), but there's something major I want to share with all of you.
Those following me for a bit longer might still remember that I was working towards my doctorate during the recent 2-3 years. Well, I'm done! I achieved my Ph.D. with A-grades and was awarded with MAGNA CUM LAUDE (latin for 'with great praise').
That means I'm now officially a doctor (not in medicine, if you might wonder)! How amazing is that?
